Common problems that occur when a website isn’t properly maintained:

If your website is not maintained, it's only a matter of time before a security breach happens. This can include Data, Information and even Money.

Your website will run slow and as time goes on, it will effect your traffic.
No Back ups
No back ups will be performed. If anything breaks your site, you may have to spend thousands, to rebuild a new site.
Website Legitimacy
If your site has issues with SSL certificates, it can cause search engines to mark your website as NOT SAFE to your customers.
SEO Problems
If your site isn't updated, search engines won't rank your website and in term, your customers won't be able to find you through search engines.

Everything we have mentioned will all fall on you. It will cost you more money and time to perform these services yourself.
What's included?
Here’s some of the things that are included in our website care plans. Some plans contain some of the items, while other plans include them all.
Website Hosting
Hosting is the gas you put in your car. Your website can not perform without it. Without a proper hosting company, your website can be vulnerable to cyber attacks.
Website Updates
Much like your car, you need to make sure you keep your website updated. Within your website, there are things we call plugins. These must be kept updated to prevent security breaches and website downtime.
Security Monitoring
This one is pretty self explanatory, but one of the biggest misconceptions is, if I don't have an ecommerce store, I don't need to worry about breaches. That's the farthest from the truth. Data is like money to cyber attackers.
Back ups
If you have ever worked with technology, you understand that sometimes it has a mind of its own. Sometimes, things happen that require us to restore your website to previous version. These back ups can be used for that. Also in the event we need to move your site to a new server, we have back ups.
Optimization
If you want your website to perform at its best. We must make sure that your website, plugins, security, and databases stay cleaned up. We make sure to keep it cleaned and keep your website speed as fast as possible.
Analytics & Reporting
We never want a client to have to ask us, what have you done? One way we stop this, is by showing results. Another way we do this is by providing a report at the end of every month, showing the updates, upgrades, and maintenance we have performed.

Every care plan includes 1-3 hours of content updates. Care plan clients also get our reduced hourly rate in the event that their updates are bigger than their allotted plan time.
FAQ's
Yes, this is a month to month plan. If for some reason you want to leave the care plan, we just need a reasonable amount of time to transfer your website off our servers.
If we built your website within the last 60 days, then there is no set up fee. If we built your website outside of 60 days, there is a $200 set up fee. We have to catch up on all the missed updates during that first 60 days.
If we didn’t design your website and your website has been approved by us for our care plans, there is a $500 set up fee. We have to make sure our tools are installed, your updates are caught up to our standards, and learn any new tools that your website has.
Yes! If you decide that upkeep is not your cup of tea, then we will welcome you back. Please look at the set up fee question for websites that are older than 60 days.
Potentially! One of our project managers will need to meet with you and discuss your website. If your website passes our inspection, in terms of tools used, then yes, we can add you to a plan.
No, monthly time is only for the month billed for.
