Exalto Designs & Marketing AI Policy

AI is becoming a huge part of nearly every industry, including marketing and web design. We use certain parts of AI at Exalto Designs & Marketing but we don’t hand projects over to it and hope for the best.

We aren’t anti-AI, but we also don’t believe that it should be used as a shortcut. It’s a tool that can help our teams work more efficiently. Critical thinking, decision making, and responsibility is all us.

How We Use AI

Most of how we use AI is behind the scenes. It may help us research a topic, think through an idea, troubleshoot code, organize information, or improve an internal process.

Sometimes it helps us reach a starting point faster. From there, we review the information, make changes, test the work, and decide whether it should be used at all. AI will never get the final say.

The Work Is Still Ours

Our websites, strategies, designs, and recommendations are created and managed by real people.

AI won’t sit in client meetings, learn the history of a business, understand its customers, or recognize every detail that makes a brand different. That understanding comes from conversations, experience, and working directly with our clients.

We don’t publish raw AI output or treat an AI response as automatically correct. If AI assists with something, someone on our team is still responsible for reviewing it and standing behind the final result.

Client Privacy

We are careful about the information we use with AI.

Passwords, payment information, private customer data, and other sensitive information are not entered in AI systems by Exalto Designs & Marketing. We also use available privacy controls and limit the information used based on what is actually needed for the task.

Using AI should never come at the expesnse of a client’s trust or security.

AI Generated Images

AI Generated content is not used in client deliverables unless you specifically request it and we discuss it together.

Where We Stand

We don’t believe work is automatically good or bad because AI was involved. What matters is how the tool was used, whether the work was properly reviewed, and who is willing to take responsiblilty for the result.

At Exalto Designs & Marketing, We do.

AI may help us work faster or solve a complex problem, but it does not replace the people, experience, and judgement behind your project.
